Vonics Digital has contracted with Keynote, the industry’s authority on VoIP service performance. Keynote provides Vonics Digital with a critical independent look at our performance. Using this critical data we continue to improve our service to exceed our customers’ and industry’s expectations.

Keynote has established the following metrics as the most critical to demonstrating reliability and quality of service:

  •  Audio Delay – Objective is to have a score of less than 250 msec
  •  Average MOS – Objective is to have a score of greater than 3.8
  •  Service Availability – Objective is to have a score of greater than 99.5%
